WE’RE HIRING | Buyer & Supplier Relations Executive
Bambini is looking for a highly organized, confident, and commercially minded Buyer & Supplier Relations Executive to join our team in Kuwait.
The role will be responsible for sourcing products, communicating and negotiating with local and international suppliers, managing purchase orders, and maintaining strong supplier relationships.
Key Responsibilities
• Source and identify suitable products, brands, manufacturers, and suppliers.
• Communicate professionally with local and international suppliers.
• Request and compare quotations, price lists, MOQs, payment terms, and lead times.
• Negotiate prices, discounts, payment terms, exclusivity, MOQs, and commercial conditions.
• Prepare and follow up purchase orders from confirmation through delivery.
• Maintain supplier records, quotations, contracts, product information, and correspondence.
• Coordinate product samples, specifications, packaging, and required documentation.
• Follow up production, shipping, delivery schedules, shortages, damages, and supplier claims.
• Support management in evaluating suppliers and purchasing opportunities.
• Build long-term professional relationships with existing and potential suppliers.
• Draft professional emails, inquiries, negotiations, and follow-ups in English and Arabic.
What We’re Looking For
• Excellent spoken and written English and Arabic – essential.
• Strong business email and professional communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and soft skills.
• Confident negotiator with good commercial judgment.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and excellent at follow-up.
• Comfortable dealing with international suppliers and different cultures.
• Good Excel / Microsoft Office skills.
• Previous experience in buying, procurement, sourcing, merchandising, retail, e-commerce, FMCG, mother & baby products, or related fields is preferred.
• Ability to compare offers and understand margins, landed cost, MOQ, payment terms, and lead times.
• Male or female candidates are welcome.
