How to post a job on OnKuwait
A listing is free after review. The point is that a seeker understands the work, the area and how to reach you — in one read.
Create an employer account
Use Post a job, or sign in and pick an employer account. We email a code. The company name can show on the ad; your email stays private if you prefer WhatsApp or phone as the public contact.
Opening a talent profile from the top strip also requires employer sign-in, so CVs are not open to the whole internet.
Write an ad we can approve
- A clear title: “Delivery driver in Salmiya” beats “Urgent needed”.
- A duties paragraph: hours, car or housing if you offer it, and who they report to.
- The area, or “all Kuwait” if the work moves around.
- Salary in KWD if you can. Hiding pay cuts serious replies.
- Who may apply: Kuwaiti citizen, resident, visa 18, or overseas hire — whatever matches the role.
Do not paste text from another website. Copied ads are rejected or edited. Write what is true at your site this week.
After you submit
The ad is not public at once. We check language, scams and any request for money from applicants. When it is approved it appears in the list. If we reject it you get a note. Use the manage link to switch it off when the role is filled.
Talent and email
The Top talent strip is for seekers who opted in. Contact them with the email shown. Do not ask OnKuwait for a talent phone number; phone is hidden from employers on those pages.
Paid placements
A pin at the top of the list or a sidebar classified is booked on Advertise. Google ads are separate and stay labelled as ads.
